Similar principles. Hope there is no vitreous left from the previous vitrectomy. Use lots of viscodispersive, don't let your AC collapse, hope you made your CCC the right size to optic capture a 3 piece then I&A any residual oil in the AC with particular attention to flushing out the angles. Then close up shop and ask your friendly VR colleague to go in and remove what's left in the vit cavity...
