Balor was exploring again. The grey coated boy was still a little unstable on his paws, but that didn't stop him. He was perfectly content to bound along the beach, though he did not dare go into the lapping water just yet. It had a tangy smell to it of salt-water. Since the pup did not fully understand it, he founded it easier to avoid it all together. As he raced along, his paws found the perfect opportunity to tangle themselves together. This resulted in him tumbling over into the sand.
He grumbled angrily at himself for his own clumsiness. Balor rolled to his side, laying there for a moment in self-pity when something caught his black and teal-striated eyes. The Pharoah was travelling south. He looked briefly the direction she had came as he rolled himself to his belly. The boy shrugged and hopped up to his paws to move a bit more inland to follow her trail. She was the leader of the pack after all, so why not see what she did to keep order and things like that.
His strides were nowhere near capable of keeping up with her much longer legs that Balor ended up losing track of her. Sekhmet's scent was everywhere, so it was harder for someone inexperienced with tracking to pick out the freshest scent. But then he heard her. An invitation! Even better. The grey and black boy trotted off in that direction, eventually spying the large woman beneath one of the few trees that dotted the open landscape.
Perfect! Balor picked up his pace, only to finding himself having another tumble like he did on the beach. He ended up rolling right into the tree where his Pharaoh sat with a thud and and oooff escaping him. The boy was dizzier this time, fairly certain he had hit his head given the throbbing on the back of his head. A soft white escaped him as he covered his eyes with his paws. Some way to meet the Pharaoh for the first time...
