At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

Teal hues rimmed in pastel pink watched carefully as the young lass surveyed this new world. Peregrine hadn't been too ecstatic about this adventure of theirs - but Leilah, just as her other sister, was delighted with the idea of traveling. She didn't understand why they had to leave so hastily, but she was positive that they would have fun and be safe, even away from home . . . Especially in the care of Hope. She was sweet, and kind, and she went out of her way to ensure that every pup was taken care of well and accounted for. Leilah looked up to the elder greatly - and therefore, when Hope's green eyes interlocked with Leilah's teal ones, the small girl did not hesitate to follow her caregiver inside of the makeshift den.

It wasn't home, of course. And perhaps it wasn't the most comfortable setting . . . but Hope had found it for them, and she'd tried her hardest to make it more snug for the group, and therefore, the young kalak was grateful. She bounded excitedly into the den behind Ellie, the sudden darkness managing to make her coat appear to shine even brighter than usual. Peregrine was quick to sink into one of the nests that Hope had provided them, while Ellie went to converse with Nefelibata. Leilah furrowed her brow softly towards her brother. She knew that he wasn't happy, but there was no use in sulking, was there?

She'd kept her teal hues glued upon the entrance of their new "home," - the adventure in her daring her to take a step further and to experience this new realm. But Hope had told them to wait . . . so instead, she kept watch for her to return. Though, when her small cranium had popped over her shoulder to find her siblings asleep in their nests, Leilah's own eyes fell with the same, sudden tiredness. She quietly padded over to the trio, tucking herself snugly against the warm frame of Ellie.

It was the sudden movement of Ellie jumping up that roused her - and her teal eyes were filled with confusion, at first, but then they were suddenly ignited with excitement. "Hope! You're back!" Her soft vocals squealed delightedly as she scrambled clumsily onto her slim paws. Her siblings had made it to the treasure pile before the young lass - but Hope had brought enough trinkets for each of them. "Wow, these are cool! Thank you sooo much!" She bounded to the slightly distorted shell at the end that was a beautiful shade of peach and coral, and swiped it gently between her two front paws. Ellie's comment made her pink-rimmed hue snapped up, however, meeting with the soft face of their caregiver. Would Hope take them to see? To explore?

With a look to her sister, Leilah's lyrics erupted next in a soft plead. "Can you pleeease take us?"
