One trust lures the staff grades by offering them one surgical session per week. If you do surgery, you have to do on calls. After a few months, they somehow find an excuse to say you have unacceptable complication rate and they stop you! But the on call, clinics, cas etc continue just as before! Beware, do not fall for this trap. Make sure it is written on the contract that you will be doing on calls only as long as you are operating!
