Guys, why are there so many haters on here? Why is there so much in-fighting all of a sudden? I don't understand. Many staff graders are hard working, know a lot and are excellent surgeons. Some are not. The same holds true for consultants and trainees! Some are hard working, while others are lazy, dishonest and selfish individuals. A twat is a twat, whether a consultant, trainee or staff grade and a nice helpful person will always be nice. Stop creating false divisions for the sake of it.
