Just an early heads up here.
There will be a Fishing For Our Troops event at Munden point. Here is what was put out at the Region 7 meeting on the subject:
Fishing For Our Troops event Saturday, September 8 for the Ft. Eustis/Langley guys will be held out of Munden Point Park. Please get the word out. Need boat captains. Let Sid know together with your shirt size. Sid asked the region to use the region scales for the event as they plan to have 1 group go out for about 4 hours – sort of a “tournament style” with a weigh-in. FFOT are holding 2 other events this summer in GA.
They are planning on around 50 Veterans. So around 20-30 boats.
