The air is heavy as you make your way through unknown territory, as you pause to sniff the air a drop of rain falls onto your nose. It is soon followed by another and another and soon the rain is pelting down in sheets, soaking you to the bone. The clouds are an angry purple and the menacing drumming of thunder rolls over the sky. Squinting your eyes against the blinding water you find yourself at the edge of a large, dark pine forest. You are too desperate for shelter to notice the scents that mark the border and plunge in, and nearly into the chilly stream that runs through the territory. You veer away and as you are shaking the water out of your fur you notice a large pair of icy blue shards gazing at you. The storm has passed now and beams of sunlight filter through the thick canopy of pines, illuminating a massive male wolf not three feet away from where you stand.

His pelt looks like a bad patchwork job of black and white and beneath them you see large, hard bands of steely muscle and you know this is a warrior for his torso is marred with many battle scars. His banner curls over his back and his lips are drawn, exposing sharp ivory daggers. When he speaks his voice is deep and dominant, like the thunder you so recently heard.

"Wolf, you have found yourself in the terra of the Andere Seite Pack. I am Eclipse, king of this land."

It is only then that you notice another pair of lanterns gleaming in the penumbra and a dark-pelted fae slinks out into the clearing to stand next to the king, her own banner waves and her green and blue eyes bore into you. She is the same size as most males and a crisscrossing pattern of scars show that she too can take care of herself. Her voice is cold and has a snake-like sound to it yet you can see they are both fair rulers.

"And I am Nephthys, queen of Andere. We don’t care much for strangers so you must make your choice, Submit to us now or flee our lands and never return. If you fail to do either you will have little time left to regret it."

The formidable pair pierces you with their gaze and you feel as if all your secrets spill out before them. You are left with a decision now. Will you submit and take refuge in this dark forest or will you flee and never know what secrets these trees hide? Make haste, you can see that the pair grow tired of waiting.

Creamy blonde paws carried the female confidently as she approached the borders of the pack she had heard such interesting rumors about. Even though she was new to these lands she had run into enough loners who had been around long enough to learn what is what. Which pack held creatures known as Temptest, something that was foreign to her, and which had vampires, creatures that were intriguing to her. Sure rumors of vampires had always circled around everywhere, but they were just a story to scare pups. But it seemed that everyone here believed in them, enough to be frightened when questioned about them. Were they indeed real creatures? Were they as real as this supposed alpha who had taken over a pack and was known as a cannibal? Was there really others as dark and twisted as her, who would understand what the horrors of the world could do to someone. She had not always been evil at heart. Sure she had never been the nicest of wolves, but she had not had her heart turn entirely cold and unforgiving to the rest of the world until the world had turned on her. And taken her young from her. Shaking her head to push the thoughts of her young that were no longer in this world away, she focused on finding the pack that she would fit in the most.

Once Cersei reached the border, she lifted her muzzle to the sky and called to alert the alpha to her presence. Her thick russet plume wrapped around her paws as she waited patiently, hoping that she would not have to wait long. And indeed she did not. It was only a few moments before the sounds of another approaching reached her audettes. It was a strong call, very obviously the alpha of the pack that was approaching, and it was only a few more moments from when his call reached her that she could see his form approaching. The male was a unique mixture of white and black, but that was not what made this brute unique. There were painted red streaks along his face and muzzle, something that clearly could not have been an accident. Emerald green orbs took in the sight of him as he spoke. “I highly suggest you state your purpose little sheep for I am awfully hungry and you look like a marshmallow sitting up here all alone" Her lip curled slightly at being called a sheep and a marshmallow in the same sentence, but she knew she had to be polite for this to go properly. Perhaps he was used to weak and useless wolves seeking shelter in a pack, something that he clearly would not want if the rumors of this male were true. But still…it was a frustrating way to be greeted.

Cersei curtly nodded her head to the male as she spoke, keeping the annoyed bite out of her tone that threatened to form. ”My name is Cersei, and I have come here to join your ranks. I have heard the tales of how you live and what sort of pack you run. Something that is not for the faint of heart…something that I would fit into.” Before the femme could speak more the brute, they were interrupted by another. Or more than just one other really. A male approached, dragging another being in his jaws as a third wolf followed him meekly. What was going on here? The stranger tossed the dragged wolf at Sindicate’s paws, and commanded the third stranger into a submissive pose, which she quickly complied to. An annoyed growl escaped Cersei’s throat as the stranger began speaking to the alpha. Did this brute have no manners? “I have returned, Syndicate, with a sacrifice as promised. Let me know when you would like the skinning to begin.” The words that the stranger spoke would have startled most wolves. Skinning was not something that happened everyday, but with those words it helped to confirm that the rumors of Sindicate were true. Clearly he had high standards to allow access into his pack and he didn’t just let any wolf in. Which made it even more appealing to her.

But she was still annoyed at being interrupted as if she didn’t matter. Even if this stranger had already met with Sindicate, as it appeared he had, didn’t mean that she could just be put to the side and ignored. ”And who are you to think you can interrupt us? Is your entrance to this pack more important than mine?” Cersei pushed the growl that threatened to come out again back in her throat. This was Sindicate’s pack, and she was not yet a part of it. Even though she wished to be, she did not want to cross any boundaries and jeopardize her chances. Emerald green orbs turned back to Sindicate, waiting to see what he would have to say about the situation.
