Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.

A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

What other wonders lie in this land? Before she grew she wanted to see as much as she could with her bright eyes, wanted to have many stories to tell to others, so that maybe she could have something the rest of her family did not. Even when she became old and withered, she wanted to be someone that was worth something. Stories passed down from generation to generation were of no strange thing to the young teen, and this was her opportunity to make some of her own, craft yet more vibrant and lustrous tales to pass down to her own children, if ever there was someone she found herself partners with.

For now she is given to almost puppyish antics and urges to play, because the wind through her fur and the intricate twirling of leaves seemed like a paradise. It was all more remarkable than she had ever imagined, and sometimes she wasn't sure if she was awake instead of within a very long dream. If only her siblings could see this, or her parents have had the chance. Perhaps growing older is also something she's a little intimidated by, the girl has noticed how it had affected others. Older friends changing and becoming more serious, and then beginning to pair up and making children of their own with only the family life in mind. She knew that you grew weaker with age as well, because even as you were stronger as you matured, the older you grew the weaker you grew up until your body gave out.

She snakes her head forward and catches one of the leaves in her jaws, a bloom of delight warming her chest, proud of her own swiftness, of her treasure collected from thin air, but as she smiles a crinkling sound emanates from her new treasure, and it crumbles into pieces. She lunges after a second and fresher one only for her jaws to clack sharply against only air, then tries herself at another snap of fangs, twisting her body as she snaps at the fluttering leaves, lunging forward to snap at another leaf, and yet they keep out of the range of her jaws, and she pitches forwards, and almost falls onto her side before she catches herself, before she collects herself steadily once more. She charged forward towards the leaves a few steps, flaring her wings out as she does so, before she hears the voice of another, and her wings briefly come up as if to shield her from the stranger without a real thought, before she turns towards where the voice had come from, tilting her head to one side, and stared at the stranger nearby.

"I have just become a teenager, actually. But this place, this light, it is not as I imagined." She was as used to the oppressive darkness as the rest of her brethren had been, had been almost certain that everything was simply darkness, and yet here everything was, so beautiful and wonderful, much more than anything her wildest dreams had ever been able to come up with. Paradox smiles gently at the stranger, not really thinking that there could be anyone dangerous about, that there could be dangers she hadn't thought about, not until she was thrust into danger itself.
