Really doesn't matter where you go because you will always do clinics, casualties and on calls, never be appreciated for any good work and always be blamed for for everything that goes wrong in the department! And oh yes, your faults will be magnified out of proportion and you will see people that you normally do not see in the clinics or emergencies sitting on high horses claiming moral (read racial) superiority and looking down upon you like a creature crawling out of an abominable gutter!
