Most of the trusts just do not manage to get experienced middle grades to keep the service running! They have started luring them in with the bait of surgical session! This is a scam. They don't want you to do surgery, (consultants want them as private patients), they want you to do crappy clinics and on calls at a low pay. This is how the scam works: the trust will promise you surgical session only if you do on calls! Being unsuspecting and gullible, you sign the contract! Then they just wait for you to make one mistake. One PC rent, and "your complication rate is unacceptably high", and you are stopped from doing surgery! But the clinics, casualties and on calls continue just as normal! That was the plan right from the beginning, only you didn't suspect it! Replies:
