Taken a lot of time but have got the answer to the hearing loss problem, which I suspect a lot of us suffer from.
If you have hearing loss, under certain circumstances you could be entitled to a lump some compensation. There is a snag with going down that track and you must not have access to either a gold card, TPI card or a white card. Commonwealth rules state you can not be compensated twice for the same ailment.
The act that this could be judged is called and is overseen by the Military compensation staff.
So what this means is that if you are not receiving funds under the four disability cards then you could get this up. There is quite large of money involved and I suspect that many of us would have an entitlement as those members would not have any health cards.
