Hell0, My medical staffing department is asking for 3 months notice period which is contrary to what is in the contract of 1 m for StR post. I have been working here for last 3 years and now i have decided to leave as i have better options available in indonesia. Some at the department advised to pay the hospital 2 m salary & then i can leave at 1 m notice period. Arung Widyaswara. Replies:
