Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Just a lil' post before I move to the next board! You know that two week deadline's a pain :P

Iromar. Another pack. When he speaks, it feels as if it is the first thing I have heard spoken in days; immediately, I feel my mind latch onto those fragments of information. Iromar...how curious. To happen so soon after Iromar was taken by their new queen...and for Blackthorne to never have spoken of it...it is strange. I have no doubt in these moments that Blackthorne would have made show of any wolf he had that was 'broken.' So, if Moteuh had not died in Iromar, and she had not been raised beneath the banner of Blackthorne...then who had her all this time? I have to catch myself then for I can feel the edge of my tooth press into my tongue, drawing blood.

"Do not worry yourself about this other, Asriel." I say it as kindly as I can, sure that he is already trying to decipher it like I am. But I do not want him to fret - it is my duty, after all, to do so as both an alpha and a father. Would Zeltzin want to know? About Moteuh, Asriel, or about this stranger? I am sure Asriel can see me thinking such things and so, I am...strangely eager to have him lead me then. To her. To Moteuh. No, it is not eagerness. It is...a need to be distracted before I find myself emptying every den of Iromar and the other packs in search of this other. And so, I follow.
