Ahhh there, that was better now. See? He could do it, nooooo trouble at all he just had to cool it a little. It was nice to see such a serious, angry fellow crack a smile though. Seemed out of all the ones Tepi could have caught he caught one that wasn’t half bad. It just proved that while they did a lot of bad things, not all of Blackthorne’s followers liked what they did or enjoyed it even. They just were forced too… somehow. Tepi wished he could figure out more, but maybe he would drop in and see how this guy was doing later. For now building up a bit of good will seemed a good idea, yeah? Regardless it seemed like this wolf was no friend of Blackthorne’s and thus would be a great way in future to figure out just what was going on. Maybe it wouldn’t matter though… maybe Blackthorne would be gone forever and they wouldn’t even have to think of him again. It wouldn’t be the first time some villianous arsehole would have done so.

It was good though that the brute didn’t push or do anything he might regret. When Tepi urged him to come along and head back out if that was what he wanted the white and golden brute did with ease. Trotting along behind him before he broke the silence. ”Dunno, Cuz wanted to find out what happened, you got us on the right track of that. What she does with it from here I have no idea. Probably meet with that new leader once the fall festival has passed.” Tepi said, not really feeling as if any of that was particularly secret information. He wondered where the wolf would go from here though. Despite what others might think Tepi didn’t think he was a bad wolf, just had bad friends and might have been lead astray. That or he was a fakkin’ good actor.

Tepi’s mismatched eyes landed on the light pelted brute at his warning. That certainly got his attention if nothing else. He let him finish before asking, ”Would you be up to sharing names of those wolves?” He didn’t want to push his luck, but if he could keep him talking, he was planning on it. After all this was an information game, and he wanted to get everything he could out of him if he was willing. They were almost to the border and Tepi wasn’t going to break his promise that the brute could go. His trotting came to a halt at the clear path that the border patrols walked. ”You aren’t the first to say that either. I agree with you. Maybe someday that will change.” Tepi said, though it seemed once a land was in a way, it had a way of falling back to the way it had been. Asteraia… Iromar… they always fell into something rotten's paws.

The brown male continued to watch the wolf though now that they had arrived. ”Well, I won’t keep you, but do you know where you are going to go now? I could talk to Zelda, she would probably welcome you with open paws into Taviora if you wanted.” It wasn’t that Tepi trusted him fully, but Zelda DID have a way of making bad wolves turn somehow. He thought of Arace, how much he detested seeing that murderous woman here, but… here she still was… and she hadn’t caused trouble since, instead she settled down had kids and been quiet as could be… He might be the same, but Tepi couldn’t say for certain, again while he thought this brute might not be wholly bad it wasn’t going to dump all his trust into him yet, but give him a second chance to prove it? Sure.
