As her adviser came into view Sekhmet snapped her jaws at the golden woman flank issuing her to step closer to Cuirass. At his question, she growled softly. “Dear friend. A companion like death. Your gift for service. Do as you will. Do not consume.” She said lightly but her gaze was firm. “Not as crafty. More tooth. Then your way.” She gave a fair nod common tongue was an annoying thing after all, but she enjoyed Cuirass more than most others and welcomed the annoyance to enjoy his company. He was someone she trusted almost as much as her own blood and perhaps that is why she was led to find someone to keep him company. Who he shared a den with was never truly Sekhmet’s concern however if she could give him something to keep him in good spirits she would.
Giving the girl a once over she did not seem thrilled a tooth barred in resentment perhaps but she did not strike out yet. “Winter soon. Will hunt soon. Keep her. Safe?” Sekhmet was perhaps at a loss for the right word. She more so did not want her to easily escape unless he was tired of her but she could not go and keep herself posted for a stray that wished to run away. Moving aside she now trusted Cuirass to take over as she chose to slink away from the pair. If he truly had need of her all he needed was to call out her name. Surely the adviser she admired so much would be able to handle one rather large she-wolf. So she picked up her pace to head off in search of her own children or companion. Finding a meal would always be a delightful thing for such insatiable hunger.
