Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

At least he was as witty as he was inspiring to look at. He came right back at her with saying she couldn't handle his best and she smirked despite herself, eyes twinkling with amusement. "You'd be surprised what I can handle, charmer." She purred back to him with a playful wink. He said that he was speaking truth and she snorted, rolling her eyes but bit her tongue on that one. She knew it would do no good to argue with the male on her looks. Besides, it would be a lie to say she didn't enjoy the attention, even if it was only brought on by the season. Maybe this was what she needed this year. No strings, no hope for the future, just decent flirting and a warm night with a semi-stranger. What could go wrong? His next comment about the sunset doing wonders for her fur strangely made her think of her own father, Achilles. It sounded like something he would say, as vain as he was about their looks. It was a bitter sweet memory and she couldn't help but smile as she thought of him.

Of course, not that this male wanted to be told he reminded her of her father. He certainly didn't in looks. He seemed much more...dangerous, somehow. And she was strangely attracted to danger, it would seem. Since she wouldn't argue with him about how she looked, she did the next best thing, changing subjects. He seemed reluctant to go along but in the end, he did just that. He told her she was right in him being new around here, though she noticed that he didn't give her his name in return. Was it a trust thing? Was he just trying to keep some mystery to hold her attention? Her brow lifted in curiosity. "I'm pretty observant when I want to be." She said, her eyes twinkling with double meanings. Oh yes, she'd learned to pick up on many a subtle marker of different traits in a wolf. What would she learn about this one?

When she asked where he was headed, he tried to be slick, saying he suddenly couldn't remember anymore. Oh, there was that million dollar charm. Her lip twitched, her tail flicked behind her as she watched him daringly step closer. Well, he certainly had the confidence. And she wasn't fighting it, either. She held her ground, lashes lowering in challenge. She could tell he had a singular purpose in mind and she found that she honestly didn't care. Maybe she did, too. Who didn't have a one night stand every once in a while? It was a freeing feeling, even a powerful one as he moved even closer. "Forgetful, are we? Too bad I'm no healer or I might just have the remedy for that." She said the words in a flirty growl, ears pricked toward him as her eyes darkened in a sultry tease.
