The female had the stench of innocence coming off of her in waves. She looked so confused as to why she'd been brought here. It must be rough to find out you were just property to be given to someone else, something to be borrowed. Well, Cuirass did need lineage and while he'd love nothing more than to share his blood with the Demon blood that ran in Belhara's veins, she was lying low whih left him little to no options. So now he had a female in front of him who was easy on the eyes. But how would she be with children? He'd have to keep her around and if she made any attempt to take them from him or harm them, he would throw her out of her ass first chance he got and keep the pups for himself. Moms, schmoms. Look how good Boneskull turned out with just him.

He would have liked to talk her up a little, maybe even flirt and show her that he wasn't all bad so why did she have to ruin it and start looking for an escape? Why did they all want to leave the minute he got them here? He didn't think it was all bad in Asteraia. There were fields and trees and sure, it was winter so it was all white and snowy out here but it was prettier than some places, in his opinion. It looked better than Iromar. He would have made it easier for her if she'd just give him a chance. She looked annoyed about something but he couldn't figure out what. He knew he wasn't all that bad to look at. He was in shape and for ten years old, he still looked a healthy six in his opinion. Plus he was flashy with his mohawk and dark blue eyes. What was there to be annoyed about? He was at a loss.

She seemed quick to figure it out though. She suddenly yelled that she wasn't going to mother his children and called him crazy. He scowled thoughtfully and his lip twitched but he kept his cool. No need to show his angry side, not yet, anyway. He shook his head. "You got it all wrong, Inara. I don't need you to mother anything...just carry them in your body for the next couple months or so. After that, I can take it from there and you can be on your merry way. Sound like a plan?" He tilted his head, even batting his eyes at her as if trying to be charming and persuasive. That would work, right? When she suddenly lunged forward toward him, Cuirass jerked back, just enough to be out of reach of her jaws but he wasn't going to give her too much space. As she launched off her back legs, he snarled, knowing exactly what she was up to. Oh, no, honey, not today. He launched at her side, bracing his shoulder to slam his entire force into her ribcage and throw her off balance. If that didn't work, he would use his jaws, aiming for the thick of her scruff to jerk her off balance and possibly bully her to the ground. He wasn't going to call for back up unless absolutely necessary. She was his responsibility. He could handle her, right?

"We can do this the easy way or the hard way, Inara. You don't have to be a prisoner, you just have to stay here. You don't have to be a piece of property; you can be a guest. It all depends on you. Don't make me have to hurt you. I don't want to, but I will in a heartbeat."
