Spotted what I believe to be a mountain lion along I-90 between Otis and Westfield, MA around 2:30 AM on 12/10. It was walking in the grass alongside the highway headed towards the woods. Had a distinct cat-like gait and a long cylindrical tail (not fluffy) that was curled up a little at the end. Thought it might be a bobcat at first, but it was significantly larger and the tail was much longer than that of a bobcat. Looked up images of mountain lions online and the body shape of the animal I clearly resembled that of a mountain lion. Replies: There have been no replies.
