Re(3): Trump to troops

I guess it is important to compare the percentage of the raise to the actual dollars as a result. The base has been going up, ergo a 2.5% raise today is larger in dollars than a 2.5% raise in 2010. I have no desire to try to track that down. The "Chief"is known to exaggerate on occasion
