His reaction is like pure honey and she laps it up greedily. He is irritated, that much is painfully clear as he dodges her. Be that as it may it is also clear that he was not going to play her game. She drops down into a play bow, even allowing her tail to wag uncertainly a few times. She knew what she was doing, had been doing this since she was a pup.
