Pine Grosbeaks Barrie.

After 2 weeks of a continuing presence, the Pine Grosbeaks remain and frequent the trees on Watson Drive, often feeding in the ornamental pear or spruce trees anywhere from house #3 to house #16 usually. Daily counts fluctuate from a flock of 8 to more often a flock of 20-30 birds seen throughout the day. An adult male less frequently joins them. These birds are seen very closely. They come and go often, roosting in nearby backyards only to soon return and begin feeding again in the trees.
