1.) Stateline will continue to fish open tournaments.
2.) Stateline will fish eight regular tournaments during our season with a two day classic in November.
3.) Stateline will fish the second Saturday of each month with the exception of March which will be fished on 30 March. This exception was made unanimously due to traditionally colder weather.
4.) Stateline tournaments are run from safelight to 3 PM during the early and late season meets or 2 PM during the majority of our tournament dates.
5.) Cost for entry will be $20 per fisherman. We will also have the option for big fish at a cost of five dollars per fisherman if you so desire.
6.) Stateline will not limit the number of boats participating in our tournaments.
7.) Payouts will be as follow: 10 or less fisherman will be 100% of the pot. 15 or over fisherman will pay out first and second place. Over 20 fishermen will pay out three places.
8.) Membership in Stateline is available at the cost $25 per year. Membership forms are available on our webpage under membership.
9.) Membership fees will be added to our classic fund pool and paid out in entirety at the conclusion of our annual classic.
10.) Those wishing to become members in Stateline must be recommended by an approved by existing members.
11.) Only members will be allowed to fish in the classic. In addition to this restriction, members must participate in at least four tournaments to be eligible.
12.) Prospective members can join Stateline at any time in fish the classic, provided that they have participated in at least four open tournaments.
13.) Waiver forms are also available on our webpage under membership. No one will be allowed to fish any of our open tournaments without completing a waiver. This is to protect our club from any liabilities.
14.) Stateline will not have any club officers. We will have a webmaster and a treasurer only. Tournament directors will rotate each month.
15.) Joe Webb has agreed to be our club treasurer. His address is at the bottom of the membership form. Address your check only to Joe Webb.
16.) Jim Leavis will continue to be the webmaster. He will attempt to keep everyone informed of what is going on in the club at all times.
17.) An abbreviated social roster will be published on our webpage consisting of names and cell phone numbers. This is a safety measure for those on the water who may experience mechanical problems. Joe Webb agreed to make up wallet size cards for all fishermen.
18.) Stateline will also run a 50/50 drawing at the conclusion of each tournament. Half of the money will be paid out to the winter of the drawing remainder will be added to our classic funds.
