Having just been watching the Va. governor's press conference, in which he states conclusively that the picture in the yearbook was not of him, the question that arises is why didn't he immediately make such a statement when the picture was released, rather than to apologize for the yearbook picture.
His statement that he concluded that the picture was not of him after looking at it carefully and after conferring with other classmates doesn't really ring true.
I think anyone would know immediately if they were in such a picture--without having to confer with others about the matter before concluding that that they were not the ones in the picture.
I still think he is going to end up resigning. Replies:
