Was driving north on route 8, about 1 or 2 miles inside the MA line north of Colebrook(Sandisfield?). Saw a tan animal run up from the (Colebroook river Lake, cross the road about 125 yards in front of me, jumped over the gaurdrail and ran up into the woods. I saw that it was plain tan and had the head of a mountain lion from the distance as it crossed the road. Confirmed the solid color as I saw the back end go out of sight as I drove by it's path. Happened too fast to take a pic. Replies: There have been no replies.
