With Bills explanation and clear description of 40 K safe flights "what ifs " are confidence building about the 737 max (my son flies SW) and swears that South West is the best airline in the US. In regardi US pilot who know how they would get on the FAA to amend thiings. I would guess untrained foreign pilots & co pilots untrained would seem to be the problem - with TWO foreign airlines & with foreign untrained pilot involved. Could it be The foreign airlines ( & untrained pilots) who were "fudging the required training hours to get ready for use of the planes on order to reap the potential income flight potential. People take risks when jobs and income is involved. I am guessing from my cozy chair This was a failure of people - rather the aircraft hardware . I bet the investigation will absolve the aircraft as many other 737 have been flown safely by other pilots. Replies:
