You and I disagree on most things and I don't want to argue. I believe you should be able to voice your opinion and that others should also. I believe that civil arguments can be beneficial and that people fight because they don't know how to argue.
I believe that association members have put their trust in the board members they elected. I know that it is often not possible to hold member votes on issues that come before the board. I believe that the board is acting in accordance with what a majority of members would want. I believe the endorsement of Jane Castor is but one example you could not successfully refute.
The board has been endorsing candidates for various positions for a very long time now and there has not been even one objection until now. You should not complain simply because you do not agree with this one endorsement. Pension board member candidates is another important example. Replies:
