I believe that Martin included a Temperance Seven track in one of the earlier Oddcastes.
Never having encountered them before that, I looked them up and inadvertently solved a lingering mystery. There's an Elvis Costello track (on Trust, I think) containing the lyric "the one over the eight seemed less like one and more like four," a string of words that always left me baffled. Turns out that "one over the eight" is a Britishism referring to one drink too many (eight pints apparently being some sort of theoretical ceiling), and that the Temperance Seven's name was meant to humorously imply that they stay just on the respectable side of the line.
