The Grotto
Disaster has struck!

Was it possible that he and Barrett would be welcomed into Spirane and he would get to live in the same pack as his own imprint? It seemed too good to be true. He hadn't seen Myrcella around yet but he couldn't wait to tell her! He liked the idea of being able to keep an eye on her. Not that he didn't think she could handle herself. He thought she was quite brave, remembering how she wanted to march right into Asteraia and demand they leave her father alone. He admired her and hoped he could be half the wolf she was to feel deserving of being her imprint. He wondered what it would be like to learn how to travel the mountains as well as the native Spirane wolves did. He'd seen the rocky terrain and figured it couldn't be easy to walk through that without falling. But he would learn. He was determined. Maybe Myrcella would teach him? But today was a day for exploring so he brushed off the mountains and headed toward another area he'd always been curious of: the Grotto. The dark caves were mysterious and he'd be lying if he didn't admit they scared him a little bit, wondering what kind of creatures would live in that darkness. But he was growing up and he needed to learn to be brave, just like Myrcella. He made it to the entrance and it was all he could do not to call out into the darkness. He stopped himself though, instead just blinking rapidly as he stared into the dark, trying to let his eyes adjust before he tried to go in. Did he really want to, though? He was starting to have his doubts. Paxton male.3 years old.36' 135#.born to |
