Sekhmet nodded in acknowledgment before speaking; "I am the Pharoh. This is my blood." Sekhmet acknowledged her daughter for a moment taking note of her body language for a moment before looking back to the older female. "An envoy was sent. No word back. Came to discuss." Sekhmet shifted for a moment in thought wondering the best way to approach the situation. "Killed the Apep?" She questioned with a tilt of her head waiting for a response before pressing further into her questioning. "What do you seek? With Asteraia." Being that Sekhmet was not the most conversational creature she had felt it easier for her to pass the conversation off to Avery where most of her focus resided only keeping a side eye on her daughter.
Sekhmet notice Menkhet looking rather deviously at an asp but the woman refused to chide her daughter for not focusing entirely on the meeting at hand. Only when her daughters' deceptively sweet voice broke out did Sekhmet raise a lip and bare fang at her daughter. Menkhet spoke along the lines of 'May I explore your home and if there were many creatures like this here?' as she pawed at a snake just out of striking range. There was only a sharp glare of warning in order to silence her daughter but Menkhet only returned her mothers fury with that devious sweet smile.Speaking Coptic.
