Hey everyone! We are happy to announce another posting contest. If you're interested in being rewards for your activity, you should consider joining in!
The basic idea is that you will get points for every post you write, and the players that have the most points by the end will win a prize.
RULES
1. Every in-character post is worth 1 point as long as it is at least 200 words long (note-style posts do not count).
2. Every roleplayed battle post (excluding the initial challenge and any note-style responses) is worth 5 points, regardless of the outcome. Dice roll battles do not count.
3. Every raid and escape attempt (regardless of the outcome) is worth 5 points for everyone involved, from the point it is initiated, up to and including the block. This is for the raid as a whole, rather than for each individual post. Any reaction post that follows the block is worth the usual 1 point.
4. To participate, simply reply to this thread and tally up your posts and points over the next week. Make sure that: 1) you provide a link to each post as evidence so that we can check the totals are correct before we announce the winners; and 2) that you password protect your post so that you can update it as you go.
PRIZES
The winners of the contest (first, second, and third place) will each win a prize of their choice. These prizes cover just about every aspect of the game, and include advantages in battles and raids, protecting your territories, and in customizing any future foals just the way you want them. We will provide the full list of available prizes when we announce the winners. Those who win the prizes will have them permanently listed on the legends page for future reference; these are struck through once they have been used.
This contest will run for exactly a week's time, starting now and running until July 20th, board time. Any posts made after that point will not count, and be sure you have all your links tallied up before then so there are no delays.
