This mare probably thought differently than her, but Lissa did not care. If Someone ever challenged Rougaru for her and Rougaru lost she would consider him weak and not worth another look until he could win her back. As of right now, however, she saw no reason to not believe he was a strong and fit stallion. His body showed it, he stole this mare in a fight he rightfully won. That was all proof of the strength of this stallion. She would follow him till she deemed him too weak to follow. She would bare him foals till she could no longer do so.

She didn't doubt that this mare was loyal to her last stallion, but she should be happy to be in this herd where there is a strong stallion willing to fight till his last breath to hold what is his. The mare then questions her and she snorts.I have not been here long no but seems there is no lead mare here yet and I intend to impress him enough that he'll let me lead this herd beside him. I have no care to leave a herd where I might become lead horse She says calmly eyeing the mare.

She knew she was probably trying to see if she'd help her get free, but no she most likely wouldn't, she had no reason to leave Rougaru. It's not like this mare could bring her to a strong stallion who would let her be his lead mare. She was perfectly content where she was.
