Heavy rain could be quite the downer. Thankfully it was not quite so bad here as he neared the Grotto as it was further north towards the forests. Mother nature was clearly playing a joke on Moladion. Junketsu much preferred the constant, yet somewhat gentle, barrage of rain to the nasty lightning storms at home. He disliked the feeling of discomfort the electric charges gave him when he wanted to travel higher on the plateaus. Nothing ever struck him, but the last thing he needed was to be rescued by healers or the Thunder King himself because he'd been struck by lightning.
So, instead of travelling up, Junketsu traveled down. The rain collected and made tiny streams over the edges of the breaks above his head as well as down the path he followed. The dimmed light from the crags above and the overcast from the weather hindered his line of sight minimally for the time being. The young wolf debated how deep he wanted to go. He had not ventured here often, so there was no strong desire to get lots in the network of tunnels.
That meant for a game of Dodge the Water drops. As much as dancer as he was, Junketsu always sought to increase this skill set. Agile and lithe, the black, white, and red capped male bobbed and weaved to avoid the trickles of rain into the Grotto. If only there was someone to join him! That would make this more interesting, a bit like a contest. Shame no one else seemed to be out in the rain, so Junketsu danced with it alone for now.
