Eira had been contemplating her meeting of Noctis for far longer than she ever dared to. It had caused the brown and white girl to avoid just about everyone unless it was absolutely necessary. She could not place what it was that made it so odd and different... She knew her mother had an imprint, for what little he was mentioned. He was important to their lives to some degree and a friend to the north. Perfect, it made visiting Diveen easier. However, meeting that stranger made things... complicated.
It had taken a year to even work things out enough in her head to address the entire thing with her father. Surely Eden would know the answers. But did she really need to ask the questions? Maybe. She still came to maybe. Eira sighed. Maybe her siblings were the better option to bounce ideas off of to figure this whole situation out. That immediately made her think of Badar. Her mute sister enjoyed crossing into Diveen. She certainly would be able to help. There, that was finally that.
The decision to talk about her somewhat unique situation had been far too long coming, but it was better than brooding about it by herself. With the decision to seek out her littermate, she began the trek towards the northern border. Surely if Eira could find her anywhere, it would be as she crossed to or from Diveen. She trotted along casually. There was no hurry. Borders didn't just move at random after all.
It was odd though. Eira reached the river crossing, but it wasn't right. What was worse, she could not figure out an explanation why. Cautiously, she lingered further away from the bank. The further she traveled up river, the louder things seemed to get, like the water raged up against something blocking its path. That was when she spotted Badar up ahead with father. That was just utterly perfect! The only thing to throw her off was when her mis-matched eyes glimpsed something, someone rather, across the river.
Surely the stranger wouldn't try to cross would they? She furrowed her brow a bit with concern before she padded closer to her family members. The roar was load, like she'd expect when the waves were higher on the beach, but the sight of the trees that created a bridge between Glorall and Diveen left her with a very disconcerted feeling. What had originally been a wish to talk and ask questions had become utterly silent as Eira looked to her father with both curious and concerned eyes before she looked across to Cassiel on the opposite bank.
