Diane, there might be better ways but following is how I do it.
Upload picture to flikr....
Click on share photo....
Under share photo click on "embed"....
Right click on data line and choose copy from the options....
In Simcoe Nature Board choose post....
Right click in Image URL and choose paste to insert your photo....
Fill out the rest of the required data and post
