Relentless bullying

Relentless bullying

What options do I have in dealing with relentless bullying and harassment? I do not put up with BS, so I protested and an enquiry has been started based on my 'questionable clinical ability', which is of course untrue! Talking to the department is pointless, I don't know how far can BMA help? I've heard BMA is pretty useless, what else? Any legal option? I am a middle grade by the way. Thanks in advance
