I'm not saying that he will be arrested or charged with an offense but as far as I know game fixing is illegal and I believe that you can be prosecuted for it. When he dumped those points he aversely affected the outcome of the game. And he did it intentionally.
This could be viewed as criminal behavior.
If it happened in Newport with player manager Ramon looking on and the RI Racing & Athletics Commission overseer monitoring the games, this guy would be gone immediately. Replies:
