It may be rather unconvential for him to make a none lead mares foal his heir but he believed in the first born to be the heir didn't matter which gender to him. Zjeena he didn't think would mind. They were all family anyways and Rayna would meet her half siblings soon enough he hoped. Zjeena had disappeared from the herd not long after Sabela so he was sure it was the same reason. Had to be right? Of course he had no clue she would give birth to twins.
