Exam used to control flow of trainees

Trainees are cheap work force very much needed to run the hospitals. Therefore the exit exam is being used to make sure that they never get out of training! After 3-4 years of using you as cheap labour, when you are no longer needed, they will fail you in the exam and kick you out! That's how they maintain 'purity' of the system, because it is always the pigmented ones who get the boot!! Similar policy only far worse operates in GP schemes. GP trainees are cheap work force, so they take each and everybody who applies and use them for 3 years and in the exit exam they kick out 2/3 rds of them!!
