Standings game by game. Top set of standings is Final. Will also link you back to some videos from 2016 St. Jean de Luz Final. Unfortunately, any links to Hegoalde (South Basque--Spain) finals will not work as EITB keeps only a 1 year archive.

CUT AND PASTE
You will have to compile them yourself, but all the results are there. The quickest way for earlier years is to do a CTRL F (PC, Apple has something similar) and then search "Goikoetxea" (without the quotes). That will quickly tell you if he participated that year and you can then use the down arrow on the search box to find the results of each of his matches.
For St.Jean de Luz, it is much more difficult as they do not archive anything, and even using archive.org's Wayback machine, gets you basically nothing before 2016. So for 2017 (which I didn't blog), 2016, and 2015, the only record I have found is the actual videos. They are available at:
It isn't that difficult to go through them, but you have to find the Goiko matches, and then scroll through to the end to find the scores. Perhaps I have missed something, but I looked around. If you want to play around with archive.org's wayback machine:
Unfortunately, they pay less attention to their own archive now than they did 10-20 years ago. Such is life on the Internet. It would make for an interesting "grey literature" reference research progect, and I may take it up some time. But I fear I would have to search out print sources, and my French isn't too good.
Fronton Mexico poses the same problem. For 2018 and 2019 results, you'd need to track back their Twitter or Facebook pages, or the Facebook pages of Jai Alai News Facebook. I did a little work on 2017 but stopped at the end of April, when I suspended the blog.
