Bahadir was seething. He had returned home, to his Father's home, to find a stranger there. The black and white stallion had bore down on him and the pale girl. Bahadir had hardly a moment to pivot away before the stallion sought after him. He had watched the pair for a moment before he left. He had to cool down before he did something he would regret. He had plunged into the ocean's waters and swam for the Commons.

His legs strongly propel him through the water, until the outline of the commons begins to take shape. He can feel the anger leave his body, but deep down he knows there will be a time when he will return to the Desert. He will live in his home once again, with or without the black and white stallion's permission, even if it meant fighting for it.

A figure on the beach begins to take shape. He swims until his hooves touch the sands. He steps from the ocean's frothy surf, daring to come near to the stranger. Her scent wafts into his nostrils, her aroma was sweet. He ventures closer, her coat is pale, she has delicate curves, and her ears. He takes another look, her ears curve sharply together. The young stallion ventures closer still, until he is within range of her hearing. "Salem, are you waiting for someone?"
