So I will be interested in applying for the Moorfields VR fellowship. A few questions. Is it good? More importantly, I have heard it is a stitch up. How many people out of London get appointed? I have heard there are 6 jobs, but 2 always go to London TSC trainees without fail even if they are ####, 2 go to overseas candidates from countries that pay the salary like Singapore and that leaves 2. Is that true? Are the candidates per-determined? I have heard of really good candidates in the past from out of London with fellowship experience under their belt not being shortlisted. Is this the way it is? I don't want to waste my time
