Would having the girls meet in the meadow work? I don't think Izzy would have an excuse to just happen upon Tigerlily on Atlantis. XD
And of course Lorel can meet Izzy, I call her my little ball of sunshine, she loves socializing. <3 We can have them run into each other in the bay once she talks to Tigerlily, either before or after he's been to the inlet, depending on whether you had planned on it affecting his character development to go there.
