Thanks for the update on Charlies funeral details. I will unfortunately be in Adelaide from 26 - 30 Nov so I will miss my old gym buddy's funeral.
Charlie was a great bloke did many a trip on the B707 with Charlie. One of the many trips that come to mind is the day off in Bahrain on our way to EU.
We decided to go for a run and Ted Crawley decided to join us. As we made our way through the streets of Bahrain we came across a large shop front (with windows) and as we crossed Charlie and I did a "Muscle" pose on the run. Ted feeling a little dejected (not a gym person our Ted) turned around in disgust and went back to the Hotel.
It gave Charlie and myself a great belly laugh.
I will miss Charlie but have wonderful memories of our friendship.
