PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

Ain't life just awful strange

a new world hangs outside the window
beautiful and strange
it must be I've fallen awake
I must be

The dark made felt a rush of confidence she hadn't experienced in a long time. As she looked down upon Ivar, she could feel what Rougaru had described to her. This was just a taste of what was to come, if she kept working hard, she told herself. Next, she'd get Bozena back. Then Metre. One step at a time...

She watches as Ivar's expression continues to sour, if that was even possible. The small-statured stud was notably stony, but he was not handling the banter from two Peak mares that well. It was easy to pester him, Wasp mused, to try to get under his skin and make him miserable. But for what? Pay back? Maybe... She thought. But she wasn't the type to play silly games forever. Wasp hoped to forge a more meaningful relationship with the black stallion. "Yes, trinket. Isn't that what you call us when the roles are reversed?" She asks, yes still toying with him, but also happy to point out the systemic gender inequalities the stallion's chosen lifestyle so sorely represented. Maybe she could rub his nose in it for a moment longer...

The stallion attempts to correct Wasp by sharing his true title, a warrior. Like her, even if he'd attempt to turn up his nose at her. "I know you're a warrior." She offered with the flick of her dark tail. "You're a good one." She says, dipping her chin to her chest to show the fresh, pink blemishes where he's marred her just hours earlier. "Perhaps we can come to learn something from one another... eventually." Wasp allows her expression to soften now, as she studies him behind her wide amber eyes.

Wasp offers Khar'pern a simper of a smile as she continues to badger the poor stallion. And she bobs her head when the mare adds that she wants a trinket of her own. "In good time, my friend." She says with a playful nicker.

But then Ivar asks a serious question, and the dark mare's attention returns to her new captive. His question was a valid one, even if Wasp didn't have a straight answer to offer him. She really hadn't thought this far out. The goal was just to win, once. Which she did. And now she was responsible for this guy. "Well, you and your friends in the Lagoon keep stealing our sisters." Wasp says, eyeing him now. "I'm sure you've met a few of them by now." She eyed Khar'pern next. "It only seemed fair to return the favor."

"So whats your name, warrior?"
