The Isles are suffocating him. He can feel its grips tightening around his throat, strangling the air from his lungs. He wakes each morning with crippling anxiety, it plagues and haunts and turns his stomach with every thought of the coming war. This all is his fault and now he feels like he is losing it all. The last few days have left him alone, seeking the solitude of the dark jungle. He buries himself within the hanging vines and beneath the shadow of the canopy as he tries to desperately piece together what has happened over the last few days.

War will soon be upon all of them, consuming and choking the life from the Islands. If he does not break his alliance with Warsaw, Tigerlily will leave, then he will lose Rougaru's alliance and Nya will return to Paradise. He heaves a heavy sigh as the thoughts tumble around his his head.

A familiar nicker draws him away from his thoughts. Dahlia. A smile touches his pink lips as he pushes the turbulent thoughts away. She is a much needed distraction. She had not appeared at the meeting but he had not expected the girl to, she had just afterall found herself on the Ridge. He pushes himself from the shadows, as his glacial eyes search for the pale girl.

As she appears from the jungle, his glacial eyes take a moment to slip over the delicate curve of her hips and her delicately chiseled cheekbones. "Dahlia, how are you today m�n fegur�?" he asks, as he pushes the thoughts from earlier deeper into his mind.
