Barrie Waterfront on Boxing Day

This afternoon at the Barrie waterfront there was a sharp looking male-plumaged White-winged Scoter, as well as other waterfowl including all three merganser species. Gulls included multiple Iceland and Glaucous Gulls. A Belted Kingfisher flew past, and a Northern Shrike was perched near the pond by the Spirit Catcher.
