Mal is residing in the "Mingaletta" nursing home ion Port Macquarie. His life has taken some significant set backs and he is doing it pretty tough. I called in to see him a couple of days ago. He had no idea who I was but after some reminiscing of events we shared many years ago, he was able to crack a smile and even come up with a few comments. The "Mingaletta" staff said Mal is not getting many visitors, however when he does, they see him being much happier after a visit. So, if you are in the Port area at any time, please call in to see Mal if you can. You may find it difficult but he needs as much support we can give.
