Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Like diamonds in the sky (Birth)

Solaris

He would be coming for them. Solaris believes every word Angel has said, but it doesn't make things any easier. How would she tell Raider? Should she even say anything? She didn't want anyone getting physically hurt, but she would need to find a way to keep her two lovers from fighting each other. She would have to pick one and make it clear to the other who she wants to be with. That should solve everything, right? If she told Raider it was Angel she was picking he would let them leave and she could forget about him. Or would Raider fight of her? Would he attack Angel anyway?

She reaches the Lagoon heavy in the night, but she doesn't make it far. Intense pain takes over her thoughts. She knows she was in labor, but she tries to make it further in the Lagoon to find Raider. She only makes it a few more steps before the pain was too great. She doesn't know how much time has passed, but it felt like days she spent giving birth. The pain was agonizing, the sweat pours from her skin, and her voice was horse from her squeals. Galexia's birth had been nothing like this. She thinks it meant something terrible had happened, but how could an innocent child be to blame?

She still breathes heavily as she moves to clean off her new daughter. Her skin was brown with white patches different from her mother's but still similar. She could not tell whose child this was exactly, but she had a sinking gut feeling this was the daughter of Raider. She looked very Mustang and unlike Galexia's skinny form, this filly was more filled out. She looks strong like Raider was. Still, it was hard to tell because Solaris had many breeds in her veins. Mustang was one of them. A sigh leaves her lips as she cuddles next to the filly and falls into a deep sleep.

It was soon after Solaris fell asleep the Galexia finds them. The sun was rising high in the sky by now as she wanders over to the sleeping females. The tiny filly was awake so Galexia saw an opportunity to seize. She did not want to stay here with Raider and she didn't want her baby sister to have to live the same fate in the Lagoon. She quietly helps the filly to her tiny hooves and directs her out of the Lagoon, to the commons.
