Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Like diamonds in the sky (Raider)

OOC: Start of her last thread. Feel free to have Raider react however he likes.

Solaris

She didn't want things to be like this!

Solaris hurries back to the Lagoon, keeping both her daughters close as Raider herds them away from the commons. She feared what was in for Galexia now as the girl had been foolish to try and escape with her newborn sister. Sure, Solaris was angry at her stupidity, but her anger was nothijg compared to Raider's. She has never seen Raider so angry before. They reach the Lagoon and Solaris immeditaly turns to Raider, Galexia collects behind her mother. "She is just a child much like our little one." She says in a way to turn the blame into a lessor punishment for her daughter.

Honestly, the anger scared her. She saw a fire in Raider's eyes that burns so intensly she wasn't sure how to stop it. "She looks a lot like me doesnt she?" Solaris asks as she glances at the newborn bay overo filly. Suddenly she knows how to get Raider's attention off of Galexia. She feared saying it, but it was the truth. Brown eyes lock on the little filly and her muzzle reaches out to nuzzle her. Her skin was so soft, her scent so pure. If something bad were to happen she knows Angel would come for them. He would save his daughter, daughters, just as she has asked him to.

"I'm sorry." Her eyes flutter open and she stares at the wide eyed Galexia before turning her sights on Raider. "After we spent that night together for the first time and I went back home I..." Her words trail off as she steps closer to Raider. Tears form in her eyes. "I don't know who is the father of my filly is. She looks like she could be yours, but that also could just be just from the blood that makes up my own body." The filly was very Mustang with thin feathering around her hooves. She could very well just be her look a like. "She could be his." Her voice whispers with brown eyes staring in the direction they had just traveled from. Honestly, she had no clue who the filly's father was. She thought she would know when she was born by the blue (or golden) of her coat, but she was born brown and white much like her mother.
