Surprise, everyone! We hope you enjoy this amazing new layout which Sabrina generously gifted to us. Please let myself, Chaos, or Sabrina know if you have any issues with it.
To coincide with this switchover, we also have a few rule updates to cover regarding challenges:
1) Any character who claims or wins a territory in battle is immune to being challenged for it for one calendar month. This is to ensure players actually have a chance to utilize their new territory before potentially losing it, as several of you have expressed concerns about this.
2) The Lagoon and Peak now have the same battle limits as herds, i.e. they may challenge once and be challenged once each season. This is to make battle rules more consistent and to fill a loophole in which the Lagoon and Peak had no limit to the amount of challenges they could issue.
3) Several clarifications for ally battles and experience points:
⦁ Any ally aiding in a battle may receive an experience point for it, unless they have already reached their limit of 3 points per season
⦁ If a horse has reached their experience point limit of 3 per season, they may still engage in a battle as an ally, but will not receive any experience for it
⦁ A horse may participate as an ally in a battle only once per season
⦁ If a horse requests an ally to help in battle but does not actually participate in the battle themselves, they gain no experience
